I myself can sympathize quite a bit, loneliness has always been a close (toxic) friend.. there's been times i compared myself to a black hole! lol .. it's quite rough. It has gotten a lot better over time though, so I know it will do so for you too! (And therapy is super damn useful as well, kudos to you and your family!)
